If an error occurs, a Support Code is displayed in the CUPS management window when you check the printer status. The "Support Code" is an error identification number and displayed together with the error message.

If an error occurs, refer to the "Online Manual" to check the target Support Code. Then operate the printer according to the corresponding corrective action.
